Just my 2 cents, the 1780 is not my favorite bar, when folded it is heavy on the draw bar, when turning on the ends the planter will pick up the weight on the draw bar making it difficult to make turns, will take front wheel assit to pull. I have a 1780 16/31 john deere planter I cannot get the monitor to work all the time. Sometimes it will work very well and then again it will not work at all.
